A Sleek Contemporary New Home

The house features an elevator, two balconies, and a roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen. The layout of the house is narrow, and tall with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms therefore every inch of the space had to be maximized for space. To achieve this goal, nearly every piece of furniture in the residence was custom-made. The interior design calls heavily on scandanavian color palettes with injections of stark black and pops of color.
